Well, Hello Again! (Yes, I’m Still Here)

If you’ve clicked on this site and noticed a bit of dust on the blog, don’t worry—your screen isn't playing tricks on you, and no, BFM Research didn't vanish into thin air!

While the blog has been quiet for a while, the research behind the scenes hasn't slowed down for a second. Two years ago, the universe (and a small technology merger between Weebly and Square) decided to politely lock me out of my site's editor. Rather than fighting with locked digital doors, I kept my head down, focused on my client work and speaking engagements, and took the scenic route to give the entire site a proper rebrand and home overhaul.

The good news? The new site is officially live, complete with a fresh coat of paint and rebranding!

Though the posts paused, my passion for unearthing stories and diving deep into historical records never did. I’m still actively taking on research projects, preparing presentations, and digging up history.

Stay tuned—I’m thrilled to be back sharing source lists, genealogy tips, and project updates right here. Thanks for sticking around!

Happy Researching,

Beth
